8/9/2023 0 Comments Ark respawn timer 30 minutes![]() ![]() This game is even more enjoyable than it was in beta. The only other thing I wanted to say was: Thank you for bringing this to the West. The problem is the mob respawn rate, and it would be great to see it altered so that mobs are not so quick to reappear around items you need to pick up at least. Please, I do not want to hear some jerk comments about how I need to “get good” or how I should group up, how I should find the right strategy for the mobs, how I need to set a build, etc. I do not feel like I should have to continue on through the story and only return for the fun achievement stuff after I have FAR surpassed the gear score requirements for the area. This happens with vistas, hidden stories, quests objectives, food… Anything where you have to pick something up off of the ground. Gaming should be FUN but I feel like the respawn rate is NOT fun. I had the same issue, a few of us went to counter raid on a center server, the rollback update happened when we was in the center server, we all transferred back but I was the only one with a thirty minute cool down timer, I decided to call it a night, logged on the following morning and still had the thirty minute wait. While I do not mind a little challenge, I feel it is overdoing it on the mob respawn swiftness when the player is now screaming at the screen to quit respawning, and then feeling like garbage over the entire incident afterward, like some self-hatred teen anst thing (I am far removed from childhood). ![]() This, of course, prevented me from getting the seed for a while, during which about six or eight respawn waves hit me. As a result of this, I just spent ~ 5 minutes on a single mokoko seed, trying to get it while mobs that drop gear level 240 gear continuously respawned over and over. I -absolutely 100% struggle- to kill things very quickly if they are my level or even slightly lower. This is a launching-off point to tell you where I am sitting while trying to play this game. I play a soulfist and am probably just average at best, and I am usually a solo player. ![]() with a gear score of 248.33, and I am sitting in Totrich where mobs drop armor with only a gear score of 240. I went to advanced settings for the Single player game and set up Respawn in the shortest possible time and it worked.You mobs are respawning way too quickly around mokoko seeds, hidden stories, vistas, cooking items, and quest objectives for the level of character that is supposed to be getting them. It is essentially 'single player' but it's much more reliable and configurable.Ģ) The basic problem with resources not respawning is related to respawns and 'rendering'. Play a private non-dedicated session instead. ![]()
